In this video we will see how to make Rava vada recipe in Tamil. This is an instant vada recipe made with Semolina / Sooji /Suji. It does not need a long fermentation process. This is a crispy and crunchy vada which can be enjoyed as an evening snack recipe and the total preparation time is under 30 minutes. I have added some baking soda ( Soda uppu) to make the rava vadais a bit more airy and spongy. If you skip the addition of baking soda, the rava vadas will be a little dense. Also fry these vadas in medium heat so that they cook evenly and also on the inside.
